Davenport & Taylor Family Health Center provides primary care and dental services to the region in a convenient location on 226 West Morris Street in Bath, NY.

Primary Care
A wide-range of primary care services such as health maintenance, prevention and management of chronic or acute illness is all available.  In addition we provide immunizations, physicals and treatment of minor injuries.
